Students can enter into a standardized adjusted payment plan in order to enable them to meet up with their financial obligations. All adjusted payment plans can be signed with the designated point of contact within the first two weeks of enrollment into any course.

Refund Policy

  • The course registration fee is non-refundable.

  • If for any reason, a student should decide to drop the course within the first 30 days of classes, the firm will re-imburse said student with the payments made towards their fees, minus the registration. After the first 30 days, no payments made towards fees are refundable.

Attendance and Dropping the Course

  • Should a student at any point decide to drop a class, written and verbal communication is required.

  • Attendance is an important part of knowledge assimilation. Students who do not attend class for 1 business week in a row without communicating be considered to have dropped the class.

  • Dropping the class without communication will result in said student being ineligible for auditing future classes.

  • It is a student’s prerogative to determine how to make the training times fit into their schedules. Should a student’s activities or circumstances come in the way of attendance, we cannot guarantee any catch up classes to bring individual students up to speed. However, all classes are recorded, and students have access to all recordings for the duration of their enrollment at TekGlobal.

  • Under no circumstances can enrollment for one student be transferred to another person.

  • Attendance- especially online is reserved for the registered student ONLY. To ensure attendance only by the required student, online students are required to attend classes with their cameras on. Should it be noted that another individual other than the registered student is attending the class in general, or attending the class on behalf of the registered student, the registered student will be considered to be in contempt of TekGlobal policy. This will result in the immediate termination of the registered students’ registration with TekGlobal and revocation of access to TekGlobal resources.

  • After the completion of training with the firm, all students' access to resources: including firm email, SharePoint, class recordings, etc. will be terminated.

  • Auditing the AWS Course

  • Auditing is only available for the AWS course. Auditing ensures that students get another chance to assimilate course material and have access to current marketplace knowledge. Past students who are up to date with their financial and attendance obligations are eligible to audit.

  • Auditing procedure:

  • Before being approved for auditing, students are required to have a one on one with the designated point of contact to discuss their goals and plans to maximize on the opportunity to audit.

  • Auditing students are required to attend all classes online through means provided through the firm.

  • While auditing the course, students will have access to all class materials and resources.

  • In order to give more time and attention to fully enrolled students, auditing students’ participation is expected to be minimal- with all questions asked in the class forum.

  • All auditors will also be placed in the same study group, on par with their level of understanding so as not to “fast forward” the course for new students.

  • The fee for auditing the entire course is $700.
